PINARELLO DOGMA F12 XLight

The Dogma F12 XLight sheds its weight by getting a more carefully optimized material mix & layup schedule. It predominantly uses an ultra hi-mod Torayca T1100G UD unidirectional carbon material (vs. the traditional T1000 1K weave of the standard frameset) with its own lower resin content. That allows Pinarello to drop 60g off the frameset, but it requires some additional mould modifications and a slower, more controlled manufacturing process to work with the less forgiving materials.
